PayPerQualified Policy

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 7 July 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the PayPerQualified website and the purchase of lead generation products and services from PayPerQualified.

By placing an order through this website, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Lead Delivery Policy, Lead Quality & Replacement Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Lead Data Use Terms, and Cookie & Tracking Policy.

1. About PayPerQualified

PayPerQualified provides real estate lead generation products and lead delivery services for real estate agents, brokerages, agencies, and related businesses.

PayPerQualified products are designed to deliver leads based on the selected campaign category, product page, lead quantity, target market, and package purchased by the client.

PayPerQualified provides lead generation and lead delivery services only. PayPerQualified does not act as a real estate broker, property developer, financial advisor, legal advisor, sales representative, or property consultant for the client.

2. Products and Lead Packages

The website may offer different lead packages, market-specific buyer campaigns, campaign-specific real estate lead products, and other lead generation services.

The exact product description, package details, lead quantity, campaign category, price, and delivery-related information are shown on the relevant product page before purchase.

The client is responsible for reviewing the product page carefully before placing an order and for selecting the correct product, package, quantity, campaign category, and target market.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed before checkout.

Payment must be successfully completed before PayPerQualified begins order processing, unless otherwise agreed in writing by PayPerQualified.

Once payment is confirmed, PayPerQualified may begin order processing, campaign allocation, lead generation, CRM setup, internal review, delivery preparation, automation setup, or any other operational work related to the purchased order.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the selected product, package, lead quantity, campaign category, and order details are correct before completing payment.

4. When Work Starts

Work may be considered started once PayPerQualified begins any activity related to the order.

Work may include:

  • Order processing.
  • Campaign allocation.
  • Lead generation.
  • Lead sourcing or lead review.
  • CRM setup or CRM processing.
  • Delivery preparation.
  • Automation or workflow preparation.
  • Communication setup.
  • Internal verification.
  • Partial or full lead delivery.
  • Any other operational work related to the purchased order.

Once work has started, the order may become non-refundable according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Lead Delivery

Leads may be delivered through one or more delivery methods, depending on the product, workflow, technical setup, and available delivery channels.

Delivery methods may include:

  • PPQ CRM.
  • Email.
  • WhatsApp.
  • Connected CRM.
  • Another delivery method agreed by PayPerQualified.

A lead may be considered delivered once it is made available to the client through PPQ CRM or another agreed delivery channel.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on package size, campaign response, market conditions, platform availability, CRM setup, payment status, and operational capacity. Estimated delivery timelines are explained in the Lead Delivery Policy.

6. Lead Quality and Replacement

Lead quality issues are handled under the Lead Quality & Replacement Policy.

Replacement may be reviewed only in limited cases, such as wrong or unusable phone numbers, duplicate delivery by PayPerQualified, test submissions, spam submissions, bot submissions, or obvious fake entries.

Replacement is not automatic. PayPerQualified may review each request based on PPQ CRM records, delivery records, submitted evidence, phone number status, follow-up documentation, and the conditions stated in the Lead Quality & Replacement Policy.

A lead is not invalid simply because the person does not buy, does not reserve, does not attend a meeting, does not answer the first call, does not reply to the first message, has a lower budget than expected, or decides that the project, price, location, or payment plan is not suitable.

7. Follow-Up Requirements

The client is responsible for contacting delivered leads quickly, professionally, and through appropriate communication channels.

If a phone number is reachable, active, assigned, or technically valid, the client must document follow-up attempts inside PPQ CRM before requesting a replacement review.

The client must record:

  • The first follow-up attempt within five (5) hours from the time the lead was delivered to the client.
  • At least five (5) follow-up attempts within five (5) days from the time the lead was delivered.
  • All follow-up attempts inside PPQ CRM.
  • Clear notes showing the date, time, method, and outcome of each attempt.

If the required follow-up attempts are not properly documented inside PPQ CRM, PayPerQualified may reject the replacement request.

8. No Sales Guarantee

PayPerQualified does not guarantee closed deals, property reservations, buyer attendance, signed contracts, revenue, ROI, commissions, sales meetings, or buyer responsiveness after delivery.

Sales results depend on many factors outside PayPerQualified’s control, including but not limited to:

  • The client’s speed of follow-up.
  • The client’s sales team performance.
  • The client’s communication quality.
  • The available inventory.
  • The project price and payment plan.
  • The buyer’s budget and timing.
  • Market conditions.
  • Developer availability.
  • Offer competitiveness.
  • CRM usage and follow-up process.

The client understands that PayPerQualified provides lead generation and lead delivery services, not guaranteed sales outcomes.

9. Refunds, Cancellations, and Store Credit

Refunds, cancellations, payment reviews, duplicate payment issues, partial delivery matters, and store credit are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Once PayPerQualified has started work on an order, cash refunds may not be available to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

If a client requests cancellation after partial delivery, PayPerQualified may calculate the value of delivered leads at the standard original lead rate, not the discounted per-lead rate of the purchased package and not the rate of another smaller package tier.

After calculating delivered leads, work performed, processing, and applicable costs, any remaining undelivered balance may be kept as store credit for future PayPerQualified orders.

Store credit may be offered at PayPerQualified’s discretion and may not be exchanged for cash unless PayPerQualified expressly agrees in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate order information.
  • Select the correct product, package, quantity, and campaign category before payment.
  • Follow up with leads quickly and professionally.
  • Use PPQ CRM properly where required.
  • Document follow-up attempts inside PPQ CRM.
  • Use lead information only for lawful real estate-related purposes.
  • Comply with applicable privacy, marketing, communication, and consumer protection rules.
  • Respect opt-out, unsubscribe, deletion, and do-not-contact requests.
  • Maintain secure handling of lead information.
  • Ensure that project information, prices, payment plans, offers, and claims shared with leads are accurate and not misleading.

PayPerQualified is not responsible for the client’s misuse of lead data, misleading sales communication, unlawful marketing, delayed follow-up, poor CRM handling, or failure to follow up with delivered leads.

11. Client Communication Liability and Indemnity

The client is solely responsible for all communications, follow-up activity, sales messages, calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS messages, emails, offers, claims, representations, promises, marketing activity, and conduct made by the client or its team after lead data is delivered.

This responsibility applies to any communication or action made by the client, its employees, contractors, agents, sales representatives, CRM users, team members, affiliates, or anyone acting on the client’s behalf.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PayPerQualified shall not be responsible for any complaint, claim, penalty, fine, dispute, legal action, regulatory issue, privacy issue, communication violation, platform restriction, account restriction, loss, damage, cost, expense, or liability arising from the client’s communication with leads, use of lead data, misuse of lead data, misleading sales claims, unlawful marketing, failure to respect opt-out requests, failure to comply with applicable laws, or failure to comply with platform rules.

The client agrees not to make any claim, demand, complaint, chargeback, refund request, compensation request, legal claim, or other demand against PayPerQualified for any issue caused by or connected to the client’s own communication with leads, sales conduct, marketing activity, follow-up process, CRM handling, offer presentation, or use of delivered lead data.

The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PayPerQualified from and against any claims, complaints, losses, damages, penalties, fines, costs, expenses, legal fees, regulatory actions, platform restrictions, or third-party demands arising from the client’s communication with leads, use of lead data, sales conduct, marketing activity, policy breach, data misuse, misleading representation, unlawful communication, or failure to comply with applicable laws, platform rules, or PayPerQualified policies.

12. Use of Lead Data

Lead information is provided to the client for the limited purpose of lawful follow-up regarding the real estate campaign, product, or offer connected to the purchased lead package.

The client must not sell, resell, rent, publish, transfer, or share lead data with unauthorized third parties.

The client must not use lead data for spam, illegal marketing, unrelated offers, misleading promotions, unauthorized advertising audiences, or any activity that violates applicable laws, platform rules, privacy rules, communication policies, or PayPerQualified policies.

Additional rules on the use of lead data are explained in the Lead Data Use Terms and Privacy Policy.

13. Project, Developer, and Market References

Any developer names, project names, community names, locations, prices, payment plans, market examples, or campaign examples shown on the website are used for product positioning, campaign-fit explanation, or marketing context.

Unless expressly stated in writing by PayPerQualified, such references do not mean that PayPerQualified is officially affiliated with, endorsed by, partnered with, or authorized by any developer, project, brokerage, or third-party brand.

Project availability, prices, payment plans, units, fees, offers, and developer terms may change without notice. The client is responsible for verifying project and offer information before communicating it to leads.

14. Website Accuracy

PayPerQualified aims to keep product information, prices, descriptions, package details, and policies accurate and updated.

However, errors, outdated information, or temporary inaccuracies may occur. PayPerQualified may correct errors, update descriptions, modify products, change package availability, update pricing, or revise policy content when necessary.

Any confirmed order may be handled according to the product details and policies applicable at the time of purchase, unless PayPerQualified agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a different approach.

15. Third-Party Platforms

PayPerQualified may use third-party platforms and tools for advertising, payment processing, CRM delivery, communication, analytics, automation, hosting, tracking, or website functionality.

These may include payment gateways, CRM systems, advertising platforms, messaging tools, analytics tools, automation tools, hosting providers, and website technology providers.

PayPerQualified is not responsible for downtime, errors, restrictions, account issues, payment delays, delivery interruptions, tracking issues, or policy changes caused by third-party platforms.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PayPerQualified shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of the website, purchase of lead packages, campaign performance, delivery timelines, replacement reviews, store credit, or use of delivered leads.

PayPerQualified’s maximum liability for any specific order shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific order, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

17. Relationship Between Policies

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the Lead Delivery Policy, Lead Quality & Replacement Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Lead Data Use Terms, and Cookie & Tracking Policy.

Specific policies may control specific topics. For example, lead delivery matters are handled under the Lead Delivery Policy, replacement matters are handled under the Lead Quality & Replacement Policy, and refund, cancellation, and store credit matters are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

PayPerQualified may interpret the policies together in a way that best protects lawful service delivery, data handling, payment integrity, CRM documentation, and operational continuity.

18. Policy Violations

PayPerQualified may suspend delivery, restrict future orders, reject replacement requests, refuse store credit use, cancel pending reviews, or refuse service if the client violates PayPerQualified policies.

Policy violations may include misuse of lead data, unauthorized sharing, spam, misleading offers, improper chargebacks, abusive replacement requests, failure to document follow-up inside PPQ CRM, or other conduct inconsistent with these Terms.

19. Changes to These Terms

PayPerQualified may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version published on this page replaces all previous versions.

Continued use of the website, purchase of PayPerQualified products, or use of delivered leads after updates means that the client accepts the updated Terms & Conditions.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute through written communication and good-faith negotiation.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be handled by the competent courts or authorities in the United Arab Emirates.

Important: PayPerQualified provides lead delivery services only. PayPerQualified does not guarantee sales, meetings, reservations, commissions, revenue, ROI, or buyer responsiveness. Once work has started, cash refunds may not be available, and any remaining undelivered balance may be handled as store credit at PayPerQualified’s discretion.
